The service

LoveStorySpace lets you create a personal web page for someone you love (“love page”): a letter, photos, your story and interactive sections, at an address like lovestoryspace.com/your-link. Anyone who has the link can open the page. It isn't listed in search engines.

Your account

• You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if it's higher.

Plans and prices

• You can create a page and watch its preview for free, without an account.
• Love+: to publish a page you need Love+, a monthly subscription. It includes your own link, up to 20 photos and 3 sections of your choice. Each section more, and each extra (a surprise opening, a secret PIN or more photos), adds a monthly amount to the subscription.
• Before you pay, the checkout shows the exact monthly total in your local currency, including any taxes that apply.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Renewal and cancellation

• Love+ is charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from “My pages” → “Manage subscription”. Cancelling stops future charges; the page stays online until the end of the month already paid.
• When a Love+ subscription ends (because you cancelled it, or because a payment keeps failing), the page goes offline and shows that it's on a break. You can bring it back at any time by subscribing again. You can also ask us to delete it.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Your page is a digital service that we start as soon as you pay: it goes online right away. By ticking the box before paying you ask us to start it immediately and accept these terms, and with them you confirm that you know that, by doing so, you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason payments aren't refunded, except where the law says otherwise (for example if the service doesn't work as described). You can cancel your subscription at any time from “My pages”: your page stays online until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your content

• You're responsible for what you put on your page: texts, photos, voice recordings and song links. You must have the right to use them, and the consent of the people who appear in them.
• Not allowed: anything illegal, content that infringes someone else's rights, harassment or threats, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, content meant to deceive or hurt the person you send it to, spam or malicious code.
• Your content stays yours. You allow us to store, copy, adapt (for example resize photos or create the image shown when the link is shared) and display it, only as needed to run the service.
• We may remove content or take a page offline if it breaks these rules or the law, and we act on well-founded reports sent to hello@lovestoryspace.com.

The person you share it with

Your page can let them answer a question, use a coupon, finish a quiz, write back or send kisses: we save those answers and show them to you in “My pages”. Please only send pages to people who'd be happy to receive them.

Other services on your page

Songs play through YouTube's player, so YouTube's terms apply to them. Maps use OpenStreetMap data (via OpenFreeMap). We aren't responsible for the content of those services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LoveStorySpace running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before the change applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, nor your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using LoveStorySpace whenever you want and ask us to delete your account and pages. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
