How the love counter works
It counts calendar years, months and days from your date, the way you'd count an anniversary: from March 14 to May 14 is exactly two months, whatever the length of the months in between.
Hours, minutes and seconds tick from midnight of the day you chose. Nothing is saved or sent: it all runs in your browser.
Milestones are the round numbers couples celebrate: 100, 500 and 1,000 days, every month for the first year, then each anniversary.
How to celebrate a milestone
- 100 days: a small surprise and a note with 100 reasons, or your 100 favorite photos.
- Monthsary: a message with one memory from each month so far.
- 1,000 days: recreate your first date, same place, same order.
- Anniversary: a letter about the year, and a page or a book of your story.
